Please be patient as we are constantly busy and it may take some time to respond to any correspondence.
Submissions & Artist Inquiries: We are always looking for new talent in either fresh new artists or prospective writers. Feel free to contact us but please keep these guidelines in mind:
1. We cannot currently afford to pay for submissions so all accepted submissions are unpaid though we will attempt to compensate with free product and of course a free copy, in PDF format, of the publication in which your submission appears in part or whole. To get a free printed copy of said publication you'll have to wait for it to come into printed form and have submitted cover art, upon request only.
2. Please in your message describe what you can do for us and include either a link to an example or an attached file (.txt, .doc or various picture formats) demonstrating your abilities. Please give us samples before you submit anything! We are also more apt to accept original artwork that has not previously appeared elsewhere.
3. All submitted pictures and graphics are subject to approval and thus any submission that you make should be a preview version (smaller file sizes). If approved we will ask for the full file at a resolution of 300-500 dpi and unless slated for front or rear cover it will need to be in Black and White.
4. Artists will retain rights to their artwork but has given Ranger Games permission upon acceptance of said artwork to continue to publish it within the publication for which it was initially accepted. Artist permission will be requested if we desire to use it in another publication. We also reserve the right to edit and alter the submitted artwork to fit the needs of the publication though this will not be done without permission. Writers will not retain the rights to any submissions made for material based on preexisting Ranger Games properties.
5. All those whose submissions have been accepted will always get a named credit in the publication in which their work appears.
We are also looking for fresh ideas and though an idea will not earn any free product, unless its a very, very good one; we will credit you under the Contributors or Special Thanks credits.
